Silver Wing limousines are available for half or full day charter from Blenheim.  If you prefer to make your own reservations, or simply want to "wing it" and decide where to go and what to eat and drink on the day then this option is for you.

Our Wing It® tours allow you to choose you own winery, brewery, sightseeing and lunch options on a private limousine Marlborough wine and food tour. This limousine charter is for 6 hours from Blenheim, making it suitable for a longer day exploring the Marlborough wine region with time for a range of lunch options.

Our knowledgeable driver/guides can offer suggestions for wineries, breweries, lunches and general sightseeing around the Marlborough region if required. You may like to focus on a particular style of wine or get some local advice on the different food options. You are also welcome to make your own prior reservations or bookings at any winery restaurant within the Wairau Valley (see the Marlborough Wine Trail map link below).  There is often limited availability at Marlborough winery restaurants - particularly on weekends or on days when cruise ships are in nearby Picton so prior bookings are advised.

With our Wing It® tours no tasting fees, entry fees or lunches are included so the cost for chartering a limousine is the same for 1, 2, 3 or 4 people. The Wing It® tours can visit any winery, brewery or restaurant within the Wairau Valley around Blenheim and Renwick - where most of the regions wineries are situated. View the Marlborough Wine Trail map here.

If you're planning a day focusing on wine tasting we suggest you allow 45-60 minutes between winery visits. Most tastings take between 30-45 minutes which allows 10-15 minutes travel time between wineries. Most winery cellar doors open from 10.00 or 11.00am and start closing around 4.00 to 4.30pm. Weekends and on days when cruise ships are in Picton are busy for wineries so tastings can take longer.

Many wineries and cellar doors close totally over the quieter winter months or may have restrictions during the annual harvest season from late February to late April. Some don't operate on public holidays or only operate on certain days of the week, often changing at short notice due to staff shortages. Don't worry though, there are always plenty of good ones to chose from.

We offer a complimentary pick up service from your accommodation within the Blenheim (including Renwick) area.
